1. Acceptance
By using Edgely you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Edgely is an informational sports analysis and predictions service. It does NOT process wagers and does NOT accept money to bet on your behalf. All betting decisions are exclusively yours and at your own risk.
3. Age restriction
Only people 18+ may use the service. If you are under 18, please leave immediately. Any account detected belonging to a minor will be deleted.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity carried out under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All content (picks, analysis, model, code) belongs to Edgely or its licensors. You may use it for personal consumption; you may not redistribute or resell without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Predictions are probabilistic by nature. We do NOT guarantee winnings and we are NOT liable for losses you suffer betting based on our recommendations. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
8. Changes, jurisdiction and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Disputes are governed by the laws applicable to Edgely's place of operation. Inquiries: jefferson.e.gia@gmail.com.
